An operator who''s not familiar with the Tree system may well overtighten the retainer ring without realizing that the collet closer even has a detent, think that the collet is held closed by friction, pull the handle snug, and start working.

It currently has a 1phase motor on it, but it came with an extra 3phase. Since all my other machines are 3phase, I figured I''d go ead and change out the motors. Well, the 3phase motor only runs at 440V.
